Is there a minimum order quantity?

For most custom orders, our minimum is just 12 pieces. Some specialty items or printing techniques may have different minimums — we'll let you know when you request a quote. For our ready-to-order items in the shop, there's no minimum at all.

Can I order just one custom shirt?

For fully custom orders (your design, your colors, your garment), our minimum is 12 pieces. However, our online shop carries ready-to-order designs with no minimum — you can order a single item anytime.

What products can you customize?

We customize a wide range of apparel and accessories including t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, tank tops, long sleeves, jerseys, polos, hats, caps, tote bags, and more. If you have something specific in mind, reach out and we'll let you know if we can make it happen.

How do I place a custom order?

The easiest way is to fill out our Custom Order Request form on the website. Tell us what you need — product type, quantity, sizes, colors, and your design idea — and we'll follow up with a quote and next steps within 1–2 business days.

Question 5

Can I mix sizes in my order?

Absolutely. You can mix any combination of sizes (youth S through adult 5XL) within a single order. Just let us know the size breakdown when you submit your request and we'll factor it into your quote.

Question 6

What file formats do you accept for artwork?

Accepted Answer

We prefer vector files — AI, EPS, or PDF — for the sharpest results. We also accept high-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI or higher). If you only have a low-res logo or image, our design team can often recreate it for a small fee. Just upload what you have and we'll let you know.

What if I don't have a design yet?

No problem! Describe your idea in the Custom Order form and our in-house design team will work with you to bring it to life. We offer free design consultations on all custom orders. For complex or fully custom artwork, a design fee may apply — we'll be upfront about that before any work begins.

Question 8

Will I see a proof before you print?

Yes, always. We send a digital proof for your approval before any production starts. You'll have the chance to review colors, placement, and sizing. We won't print a single item until you've signed off on the proof.

Question 9

How many colors can my design have?

Accepted Answer

For screen printing, each color in your design is a separate screen, which affects pricing. Most standard orders use 1–4 colors. Full-color or photographic designs are best handled with direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which has no color limit. We'll recommend the best method for your design when you submit your order.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing depends on the garment type, quantity, number of print colors, print locations, and any special techniques. Generally, the more you order, the lower the per-unit cost. Submit a Custom Order Request or Bulk Quote form and we'll send you a detailed, itemized quote — no surprises.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?

Yes! Our volume pricing kicks in starting at 50 pieces, with bigger savings at 150+ and 500+ pieces. Check out our Large Orders page for a breakdown of our pricing tiers, or request a bulk quote for a custom number.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as digital payments. For large or bulk orders, we typically require a 50% deposit upfront with the balance due before shipping or pickup. We'll outline payment terms clearly in your quote.

Are there any setup or design fees?

Screen printing orders may include a one-time screen setup fee per color. Design work is free for standard consultations. Complex custom artwork or logo recreation may carry a design fee, which we'll quote upfront. There are no hidden fees — everything is itemized in your quote.

Do you offer local pickup in Oklahoma?

Yes! Local pickup is available and free of charge. Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient pickup time. We're based in Oklahoma and love connecting with our local customers in person.

Do you ship nationwide?

Absolutely. We ship to all 50 states via UPS and USPS. Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be included in your final quote. Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after production is complete.

Do you offer rush shipping?

Yes, expedited shipping options are available at checkout and on custom orders. If you have a hard deadline, let us know upfront in your order request and we'll do our best to accommodate it — including rush production when possible.

How long does a custom order take?

Standard turnaround for custom orders is 7–14 business days from proof approval. Larger orders (500+ pieces) may take longer. Rush production is available for an additional fee — just let us know your deadline when you submit your request.

How quickly can I get a quote?

We aim to respond to all quote requests within 1–2 business days. Bulk quote requests are typically turned around within 48 hours. The more detail you provide in your request, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.

What if I need my order by a specific date?

Tell us your deadline upfront in the order form — we'll let you know right away if we can meet it. We offer rush production for time-sensitive orders. For events, we recommend submitting your request at least 3 weeks in advance to allow time for proofing and production.
